1. Using the app
- Qeike is provided free of charge to individuals and teams.
- An activation key is required the first time you use Qeike. Keys are free; each key works on up to 3 devices, and all keys are valid until 2027-04-17.
- Do not resell keys, and do not reverse engineer or crack the app or use it for unlawful purposes.
2. Your assets and content
The assets you collect and organize in Qeike belong to their respective owners. Make sure your collection and use of assets complies with applicable laws and the requirements of the rights holders. You are responsible for how you use them.
3. File processing
Batch rename, batch resize, compression, format conversion and duplicate cleanup create, change or move your files. Check your settings before running them and back up important files regularly.
4. Disclaimer
Qeike is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the app stable and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for data loss or other damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continuing to use Qeike means you accept the updated terms.
